If farming is your hobby, or your source of income, then the 9 Series meets the demand. No operation is too big or too small. It’s why we developed a whole line of balers suited for work of any size, any budget, and anybody. You can run the 9 Series in any crop you want … grass hay, oat hay, silage, straw, wheat residue, corn stalk, corncob or soybean residue. It really doesn’t matter. Whether its light or heavy crops, the 9 Series handles it all.
The John Deere-designed double-tie knotters maintain bale integrity with high density bales. The knotter frames have an exclusive integrated lube system with internal grease ports, which reduce the number of lube lines required for each knotter and eliminate manual greasing on the frame for improved reliability.
A faster plungerhead (93 strokes per minute) and a heavy-duty bale case with adjustable side doors makes this the ideal choice for high-volume operations.
All John Deere Mower-Conditioners feature a unique low profile cutterbar design providing excellent cutting and conditioning performance, and reduced maintenance requirements. Using a rotary disk design operators can cut at high ground speeds, through tough tangled crops and still achieve a clean cut. Furthermore the proven John Deere conditioning systems promote high quality forage and achieve faster dry down.
John Deere’s new Windrowers are designed to meet the demands and productivity needs of hay, forage, and small grain growers from traditional hay and forage producers up to substantial commercial operations, customer operators, or agricultural service providers.
